Note: The Authority is responsible for our facilities and distribution system. We cannot be of assistance for repairs on the property owner’s side of curb-stop, which is the valve normally in the front yard or sidewalk of the property. We should only be contacted for emergencies regarding the water mains, hydrants and of course our wells, treatment plants and pump station or storage tanks.
If we respond to a call that is not within the system we own or maintain, the property owner or caller may be responsible for charges related to the call.
That being said we do appreciate the assistance of the public in reporting suspicious activity or problems on our system such as leaks or hydrant damage.
